Its been a few days since my last post, and things have been a bit up and down. Napoftheday continues to blow hot and cold, with another loser today, and Lay To Profit has hardly had any selections. I had hoped to paper trade two other systems but neither has got off the ground yet, due in part to very few selections, and also due to me failing to understand some of the criteria. But Once I get up and running with it I will let you know the results.
A couple years back I dabbled in trading on football matches. I gave it up mostly due to the fact I couldn't devote the time to it. Now have more time to spare in the evening's so I thought I would get back into it, for now just easing myself in with a view to picking up the ace for the start of the new season.
I am also trying my hand at the over/under 2.5 goals market. These selections will be added to a new section simply called Over/Unders. Tonight's selection is the Chesterfield v doncaster game when I will be going for under 2.5 goals, currently trading at 1.71 on Betfair. I am playing around with some figures but may have come up with a variation on this bet to offer better odds.
Finally I was asked about the Horse Racing CLub I mentioned a while back. I was asked how good it was, and to be honest I cant answer because I haven't been following there tips. But from today I will and will soon be able to report back on how they are doing
Happy Punting

Its been a few days since my last blog, but I have had a good excuse, I have been out the whole weekend. I suppose the one perk of my job is the free invites to various nights out, all with a free bar. Saturday in particular was a good night, i was at Russel Anderson's testimonial dinner. This night was attended by Alex McLeish, Craig Brown, Roy Aitken and Willie Miller amongst others, and a great night was had by all. The downside was I wasn't fit to even look at my PC on Sunday. The blog catagories aren't up to date but will be by the end of the week. I planned to start paper trading two new systems but that has slipped, but it will happen. Napoftheday has started to improve though it is back to three losers in a row, but hopefully it can sustain this better run. Tonights football see's Aberdeen travel to Motherwell in a must win game. They beat closest rivals for third place at the weekend, and a win tonight would put them 6 points clear. Motherwell are struggling with injuries and finding it hard to score, and with the Dons having a tight defence it should be a low scoring game. am going for a Dons win at 5/4 and possibly 2-0 correct score line with Lovell as first scorer, as a bit of fun. I have one horse at Cheltenham today, Pouvoir in the 5.20pm at Cheltenham. Best of luck to you all if you have an interest at Cheltenham.

Hello and welcome!
In this blog, I have been very, very careful not to promote anything that I don't think has any merit. In fact, I've never really promoted anything... ever.
However, today I'm going to change that with my top recommendation of Football Trading Profits. I'm sure many of you will have heard about it by now and it's going to be responsible for making many punters some addition income.
But I won't bang on about it. Instead, I'll simply say that it has my highest recommendation and that blood and sweat has gone into making it more comprehensive and more profitable than anything else offered anywhere.
If you're interested in finding out further details, check out the following: http://www.footballtradingprofits.com.
Only other thing worth mentioning is that the price is going up in a matter of days - that's not some bogus lie either... I can guarantee that the price will rise.
Hopefully, I find the time to post system selections this Friday. Until then...
Have a good one,
Josh. | ||

Lay to Profit has been a bit unlucky lately, with a few selections missing out due to the maximum odds criteria. From next week I am going to be adding a couple of Catagory's. I will be paper trading the following systems. The Flat Power Racing System RIW Lay System I also have another system to try out, The Racing Secret, but this may prove a bit harder as it involvesd being active before the off, which my work may well prevent me doing. I will update the Catagory's befoer next week, keep an eye out for them and the info they will have. No football lay bets, was hoping to lay Elgin City at Arbroath but the odds are too high. Well i just had one of those weekends. I know I wont be alone, but I just can't believe how unlucky I was. I backed Inverness Caley and Dundee Utd to draw 0-0 and Caley scored with 8 seconds left. I layed the draw in the Liverpool v Man Utd game. I requested odds of 1.05 laying £100 for the cost of a fiver. There was only seconds to go, but because Man U were down to 10 men the odds were slightly higher than normal. I amde the request when the odds were at 1.13 and lo and behold a goal was scored before my bet was matched!! I always wonder about these type of things happening, and remember hearing years back that you make your own luck. So can someone let me know how I can make my own luck to turn these losing bets into winners. the BUMP system also went off the boil with small losses over the weekend, though the laying system didnt have a selection. It just seemed to be one of those weekends. So when seeing west Ham were 2-0 down and considering laying them I decided to leave it as my luck was out. Another great decision!!! Today I thought I would share with you a telepohne call I received yesterday. Like manyof you I receive loads of junk mail informing me of the newest tipster who can pick out 16/1 shots every other day, and always bin them straight off. I remember receiving a letter last week with one page of a photo copy of a hand written letter from some lad in Newmarket, saying he had a tip running this week and he would be in touch. Well his secretary phoned yesterday. I asked how she got my phone number as i never give it out, but she didn't know. Anyway she gave me details of the horse they are backing, and told me to look out for it. Now I know how this works, i watch or back the horse, if it wins they phone me and persuade me to sign up for a monthly fee, then there winning run stops, or the horse loses and I never hear from them again. Anyway, the horse is running in the 4.30pm at Lingfield, called Iceni Warrior. Please do what you like with this info, I will see if it wins and let you know if i get a call back.
Todays lay choices are 3.30pm Lingfield - Cosmic Destiny 4.20pm Wolverhampton - Devon Flame

Hello and welcome!
First things first... West Ham 3 - 4 Spurs... What a game!
Right, now that's out of my system I can continue...
It's been a while since I had the time to post on this blog - I've been slammed with stuff to do just recently.
Anyway, the good news is that the end is in sight and I should be able to start regular posts again soon (I know... I have said this before and failed to do so
One such thing I've been working on is Football Betting 101, a free football betting guide I've created. It discusses in detail real techniques that I myself use to identify value football bets.
I feel it's a topic that many people often talk about as being important, however, I found that no one actually discusses just how to find those value bets - so I've decided to set the record straight!
To get your copy, simply visit http://www.profitablepunter.com and sign-up to my newsletter. You then just confirm your subscription and Football Betting 101 will be at your finger tips in a tick.
NOTE: If you are already a member of my newsletter (and many of you are), simply check your emails. You will have an email from me with the download link.
Like I say, I hope to start kicking some bookmaker butt with this blog once again in a short while and will try to start tracking the systems this coming weekend. Until then...
Have a good one,
Josh.

So we are into March, and a fresh month which will hopefully show some good profits. Yesterdays horses all lost(we won) and St Johnstone came through by beating Motherwell. To be honest, i backed them at 4.7 then layed them at 1.94 to lock in a no lose situation. Today only two horses running, one of which has already ran and won. But the selections who both run at Lingfield are
2.00pm - Macademy Royal 3.30pm - MacNairobi
Fingers crossed on the second selection

Another three selections for the Lay to Profit system and another three winners for us. I like this simple system, though the horses of late have been near the higher end of the odds scale. Nothing else happening, with no football lays tonight. I was going to have a small interest in St Johnstone to beat Motherwell in the Scottish Cup tonight. They played Hibs off the park last month in the CIS Cup, and beat Falkirk away in the last round of this tournament, so should have no fear of playing Motherwell. Motherwell started the season very badly but have improved somewhat, and won't be easy to beat. But they lost one of there best players and penalty taker Richie Foran to Southend in January, without replacing him. So a small interest, possibly laying Motherwell is the best way to go. Yesterday i had losses on the football and on the horses, not a great day. Here's hoping I can make up for it today. I have three horses to lay, all at Lingfield. They are
3.00pm - Priceless Melody 3.30pm - Garstang 4.00pm - Ranavalona
a new feature of the blog will be the Catagories section down the left hand side. Here you can click on and see instantly how each system is performing. Hopefully this feature will be a benefit to readers.
No football bets today, but possibly a bet for Wednesday, will keep you posted on that. Anyway, have a good day.

Well for me personally, it has been a weekend of missed opportunities. My wife suffered a miscarriage 9 weeks into her pregnancy, so we were up at the hospital Friday, then she was recouperating over the weekend. That meant i was busier looking after my daughter and that kept me away from Betfair. I had started my football lays on Thursday, so had an idea how many i would have if the odds were right. Unfortunately for me they all came up but I wasn't on them. I did manage to get on Stuttgart v Hertha Berlin on Friday, which ended 0-0. I should also mention the game I mentioned last week, Everton v Spurs. It didn't make the criteria because the away odds were less than 4.5. the horse laying system has also been missed, although i did manage to check yesterday and there were no selections. There are two selections today which i will give below. I did ask if anyone wanted me to send them the daily selections and I got a response of zero. It did get me thinking, is anyone out there reading any of this? But i did also realise, that maybe I'm not suited to giving out daily picks just now, while my life seems more like a soap opera. Anyway the two selections from Woverhampton are
3.00pm - Financial Times 3.30pm - Desert Master
Tonight I am going to have one football bet, Stoke City to beat Barnsley. Hopefully they should be too strong for them.
Hope you have a good day

Last nights football bets didn't go so well, AC Milan failed to score against Celtic, who must be the luckiest team in Europe. They have this fantastic record at home in Euope, yet that fails to show the whole picture. they have a solid defence, but last night and against Man Utd they were outplayed for long spells. Dont back them to upset Miland in Italy though, there away record is abissmal. The BUMP lays would have recorded a loss, as Hereford beat Lincoln City, though I couldn't get my bets on as I had a hospital visit last night. One team to lay tonight, and that is Spurs at Everton. Everton are solid at home, Spurs are terrible away. remember lay odds need to be between 4.5 and 7 for it to be a bet.
Today I have just the one horse to lay
Wolverhampton 2.20pm - Ceredig
From next week i will send these out by email, drop me a line if you want your email address added.

Hello and welcome!
It's been a while since I made posts on this blog. I've been wittering like a beaver on steroids recently and just not had time for the blog.
Last week was FA Cup week as well, so system selections were put on hold. On the topic of the FA Cup, I though Spurs might struggle against Fulham, but evidently that was not the case (we thrashed them 4-0). Unfortunately, we've been drawn at Stamford Bridge for the quarter-finals. We've already beaten Chelski once this season, my guess is it's going to take a super-human effort and 100% fit squad to even to repeat that feat.
Some of you may know, I've got a product launch planned soon and that has consumed much of my time. At the moment, I'm just trying to offers as much value to the product as I possibly can, through extra bonuses of cutting-edge methods I've been looking at, etc.
All things being well, it will be out very, very soon and I will be able to make regular updates on this blog again.
My next post on this blog should be Thursday/Friday post up system selections before the weekend, so watch out for that. With the great success of the Sequence System, I'm thinking about backing selections with my own money.
Have a good one,
Josh. | ||

Hello and welcome!
What can I say about the way this system has been progressing? I think there has only been one losing week as this keeps going from strength to strength. Here are the results...
The numbers are looking very good, as the moment - I just hope this keeps up!
Have a good one,

Hello and welcome!
The last few weeks haven't been great for this system and it's now gone from turning a profit, to showing a loss. Results as they stand look as follows:
Hopefully things improve come the end of the season, or I may need to think about replacing this system...
Have a good one,

A quick update on the weekend. Both my coupons were a waste of time, though the accumulator was't far off. Still only a bit of fun. The horse laying system goes from strength to strngth with another 11 points profit this last week. If anyone wants me to send out the selections, send me a message and I will forward them out to you. The BUMP football lays didn't have such a good day, with two teams losing, but still making a decent profit. NapoftheDay has fell on its arse. A run of 8 losing bets has been followed by win, loss, winn then loss. I am stopping betting with them for the short term until they sort things out. Admittedly the weather has upset racing, as most tipsters are struggling for a profit just now. I'm sure I am not the only one suffering!!
Tonight, Celtic take on AC Milan and I am backing the Italians to upset Celtic at home, with a 1-0 win. I will also have 4 BUMP football lays. All will qualify if Betfair odds are between 4.5 & 7. They are
Preston v Norwich City Hartlepool v Macclesfield Lincoln v Hereford MK Dons v Mansfield
Back again soon, so take care

Its been another slow week for me with the horses, and really not that much to report. At the start of next week i will give accurate figures to each system and tipster I use. The football bets have started to come together, even though my weekend coupon always fails spectacularly. today I have a few football lay bets, they are
Bologna v Piacenza at 5.8 Mantova v Lecce at 5.9 Cardiff v Leeds at 5 Stoke v Luton at 5.9 Scunthorpe v Rotherham at 7 Gretna v Ross County at 7 Stirling Albion v Stranraer at 7 FC Zurich v Young Boys at 6.2
Remember lay the away team and always look for odds under 7.
I also have 3 horses to lay today, they are
3.15pm Lingfield - Desert Master & Ellcon 3.50pm Lingfield - Maltese Falcon
These lays should always be under 6.5.
My coupon this week will consist of two bets, the first a double with wins for Aberdeen and West Brom. West Brom are excellent on there travels and 'Boro had a tough game midweek. that will give West Brom heart and I expect an upset. Aberdeen play Celtic at 12.30pm and need to win to keep there European dream alive. Celtic only need four wins to clinch the title and with one eye on the AC Milan game on wednesday might rest some players. My second coupon consists of wins for the following teams
Man Utd Southampton Bradford Brentford Wycombe Rochdale
I will update tomorrow and let you know how the bets went, along with Sundays selections, have a good Saturday.

Its Valentine's day, i hope you all got a load of cards. I meant to post a second blog yesterday, but my wife hasn't been doing so good and I had to go see she was ok. Anyway, a quick overview of the last week, with a list of how my various systems and tipsters have been performing.
Systems Trainer Track Stats - Not so good last week, losing 8.5 points to even bets. Lay to Profit - Good week with 13 points profit. Lay the Best - An indifferent week with no profit, will persevere with it but I dont think much of it. Back Lay Pro - A small profit this week, but I haven't had the time to dedicate to it that I should have and will work more on it over the next 10 days BUMP Football Lays - Another 5 points win at the weekend
Tipsters Premier Lays - Nice profit, happy to continue with them NapoftheDay - Absolute disaster and has helped wipe out my profits from other areas, 8 losers in a row!!!! Seriously considering my options with them Timeform - In profit for the week BHK Racing - profit for the week, though 5 points loss today.
So an up and down week, and my inconsistent betting patterns. This is something I need to address and will.
Speak with you soon
