PROSPECTS (as they seemed over-night): No short list. David of bet4place.com had a losing day with his Aussie tips, so I faced the afternoon with an overnight deficit of 27 pts. I had a small number of bets lined up for the UK racing but, unfortunately, two hefty Place Onlys lost. Given they had not made the short-list, I was perhaps foolish to allow them to stay as big as they had computed.
