OUTCOME: BASIC PLAN: -301 pts [within OVERALL: -327 ]
PROSPECTS (as they seemed over-night):
Fair to say I was not at my best today, and, after I got going, not my finest hour. I was too tired to complete my preparatory work last night and resumed today too late to be ready in time to act on the first bets of the day. This proved a shade costly, especially on 'damage limitation,' but it would not have turned the day around of itself.
My short list was DOUBLE DEFAULT/WON & PYLEIGH LADY/2ND (Row 1), DUBAI TWILIGHT/WON - no bets (Row 2) & AFRAD/LOST (Row 3) I took a chance and didn't apply Sunday Mode (half stakes).
Note: As the job is only half-done, I decided to carry on with the blog - but have made an awful start in 2007/8
