a quick message to let you all know i am still alive, and that I am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things when the season kicks off. I will be playing it very slow to start with, probably for the first 6 matches, or until we can see a pattern emerging. As much as past data will be helpful it cant be relied upon in any great detail. Take Man City for example, they haven't scored a home goal this year, but look like they are going to get Rolando Bianchi from Regginia, a quality player who will no doubt get them goals. Eriksson will totally rebuild that team, and I can see him being a success. But time will tell.
My own team, Aberdeen, have lost our captain Russell Anderson to Sunderland. How we will cope without him is a big mystery. Last season we lost every game he missed. Once again, time will tell.
I will also be keeping a close eye on the rpe season games though dont think they count to much towards how a team performs in the season. But there may be clues as to who looks hot in front of goal, and who's defence are all over the place.
I will speak with you before the season starts as the updates gets more frequent.
