I backed this last time out when the yard fancied it strongly and was just outdone for abit of stamina behind L'Antartique. They pulled well clear and Regal Heights made a couple of mistakes on his way round which might have taken about out of him at the finish. Donald McCain thinks alot of this horse and he shouldn't be beaten tomorrow if all goes to plan.
2:40 Musselburgh - Bafana Boy
Wasn't given the best of rides by Brian Harding last time out and blew up when going really well. Was off the track since the summer though and it's quite possible he needed that run. Returns here tomorrow on ground which will suit under the masterful Tony Dobbin. Looks overpriced against the favourite and should win, this could be a good day for Nicky Richards!
3:30 Newcastle - Jass
Is held in the highest regard by Keith Reveley and has been given plenty of time to grow and strengthen up with runs in bumper races. His run behind Scheihallion last time out was a big run from a time-perspective despite the victor letting the form down since with a below par run. Jass has the class to beat these and is sure to have schooled proficiently ahead of this task and should win at hopefully evens or above.
