1:40 Lingfield – Red Spell (NAP)
Has really good course form at Lingfield which has resulted in 4 wins from 12 starts and 5 seconds. He ran a sound race off level weights with Vortex (Giving away 5lbs today) in a race which wasn’t run to suit him. Red Spell needs a brisk pace to get the best out of him and he simply didn’t get that the last day. Kindelight Debut and Savannah will probably try and make the pace here and I’m hopeful of a more brisk pace on show tomorrow. Cupids Glory can also make it but there’s a concern about his fitness after a 470 day lay off. He was beaten on his return after a layoff last year and there has to be every chance it will happen again tomorrow. Red Spell ridden by Richard Hughes who’s in fantastic form, rides this horse well and this can win tomorrow at a decent price.

This is my nap and only bet tomorrow.
