Been A Long Time Since I Rock and Rolled.....or Traded!
I've pretty much decided on Bet Trader Professional now as my primary trading software tool. The more I use it the more I like it. Once you learn all of the many features it has it will certainly give you an edge in your trading activities. I may give Bet Angel a go at some point but as of now I'm very happy with Bet Trader Pro.

The past week I've been looking closely at the NHL Regulation Time Goals (over/under) markets and have been having a fair bit of success. Being Canadian, NHL hockey is my first love so I follow it quite closely and have been able to find some very nice plays in this market that have been profitable.
My New Years resolution for 2008 is DISCIPLINE! I really want to turn this trading hobby into a nice second income....and with any luck somewhere down the road a full time income (but I will be happy to supplement my day job for now).....so I must focus on discipline. I have to remind myself I'm not gambling anymore, I'm investing.... I have set profit goals for myself by quarter, i.e: March, June, September, and December. I intend to document my progress here as well.
Well, time to start having a look at the days markets....Anyone intending to trade the NHL or NBA markets today should keep in mind there are afternoon games scheduled due to an American holiday.
